Who is responsible for your data

NOVYRON INTELLIGENT ROBOTICS - FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

We collect personal data in two situations only.

• Project enquiries. When you submit the contact form we receive your full name, organisation, business email address, country or region, the project type you selected, your message and the fact that you gave consent. Nothing else in the form is hidden or optional-but-recorded.
• Technical request data. Our web server records the requesting IP address, the requested URL, timestamp, response status and user agent. This is standard server logging used to keep the site available and to stop abuse of the contact form.

Why we use it

We do not use enquiry data for marketing lists, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it.

• To read your enquiry, reply to it and hold the technical conversation you asked for. This is the purpose you consent to when you submit the form.
• To protect the contact endpoint against automated abuse, through rate limiting based on the requesting IP address. This is our legitimate interest in keeping a working contact channel.
• To meet legal, accounting or dispute-related obligations where they apply.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser for tracking. There is no advertising network, no social media pixel and no cross-site identifier.

Fonts and every other asset are served from novyron.ai itself, so simply reading the site does not disclose your visit to a third party.

If aggregate visit statistics are enabled, they are collected without cookies and without any identifier that can be traced back to an individual visitor, and never include the contents of a form.

Who can see it

Enquiry contents are treated as commercially confidential. Details you share about your operations are not published, quoted or used as a reference without your written permission.

• NOVYRON engineering and commercial staff who handle project enquiries.
• Our email and hosting providers, acting on our instructions to transmit and store the message.
• Authorities or advisers where we are legally required to disclose.

Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiries are delivered to a NOVYRON mailbox and retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted unless an active commercial relationship requires otherwise.

If message delivery temporarily fails, the enquiry is written to a protected server file so that it is not lost; that file is processed and cleared as soon as delivery succeeds.

Technical request logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

Data may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and in other countries where our hosting and email providers operate. Where transfers occur, we rely on contractual protections with those providers.

How it is protected

• All traffic to and from novyron.ai is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Credentials for email delivery are held as server-side environment secrets and never sent to the browser.
• The contact endpoint validates and length-limits every field and applies rate limiting.
• Full message content is not written into application logs.

Your rights

Subject to the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and to other data protection laws where they apply to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place. Send any request to hello@novyron.ai; we respond within 30 days.

Children

This website addresses business and technical audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this notice

When this notice changes we update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use existing enquiry data are communicated directly to the people concerned.
