Purpose of this website

This website describes NOVYRON software capabilities, delivery formats and engagement models. It is provided for information and to start a technical conversation.

Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty of fitness for a particular operational environment, or professional engineering advice for a specific installation.

Accuracy of published information

Capability descriptions, workflows, interface examples and delivery-work summaries reflect the platform as operated at the time of publication. Interface examples use representative operational data, not live customer systems.

Delivery work is published in an anonymised form. Where an outcome is described as a category rather than a figure, that is deliberate: quantitative results are published only when they are supported by evidence and released by the client.

Third-party product, robot and protocol names appear to describe integration surfaces. They remain the trademarks of their owners and their appearance is not a claim of partnership, certification or endorsement in either direction.

Intellectual property

The NOVYRON name, logo, wordmark, website design, text, diagrams, illustrations and software are owned by NOVYRON INTELLIGENT ROBOTICS - FZCO or its licensors.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal evaluation. Republishing, systematic copying, framing, scraping for model training, or any commercial reuse requires our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system.
• Do not submit false, unlawful, defamatory or malicious content through the contact form.
• Do not use automated tools to overload the site or the contact endpoint, or to bypass its rate limiting.
• Do not submit personal data about other people, or confidential material you are not entitled to disclose.

Enquiries you send us

Information you send through the contact form is handled as described in the privacy notice and treated as commercially confidential.

Do not send trade secrets, controlled technical data, or material subject to an NDA through a web form. If a project requires that level of detail, we will put a mutual confidentiality agreement in place first.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOVYRON is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of production or loss of data arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
