About NOVYRON
NOVYRON develops and deploys vendor-neutral software that connects digital twins, AI perception, governed decision support and robotics orchestration for operational environments.
Why we exist
Intelligence only matters when it holds up on the line
In industrial operations, a model is interesting in a notebook and useful only in the cell, at the edge, under real constraints. The platform is built around that distinction.
It links simulation and digital twin environments with live perception, applies governed decision support where an error is costly, and orchestrates robots and automation systems across workflows that span more than one supplier — from visual quality inspection and predictive anomaly detection to production-cell digital twins and multi-system orchestration.
Engineering practice
Four delivery areas, one way of working
The practice is built on hands-on delivery in four areas, and the platform is the accumulation of that work rather than a product looking for a problem.
- Industrial automation
- Computer vision
- Simulation and digital twins
- Safety-critical software delivery
We work the way a careful integrator does: technology-agnostic on the stack, rigorous on validation, and accountable for the result across the whole lifecycle rather than up to a handover date.
Engagement model
Four ways to engage, one accountable line
We engage as early as a feasibility study and stay as long as the system runs. The commercial shape follows the work rather than the other way round.
Software licences
Platform modules licensed for a named process, configured against its signals, states and acceptance tests.
Implementation
Integration with the control system, historian and plant network that is already there, with the migration kept out of scope.
Paid R&D
Applied work on a question the operation actually has, framed so the answer is useful whether or not it turns into a module.
Lifecycle support
Deployment health, model lifecycle, telemetry and audit, with an owner named for each of them.
Vendor neutrality
Deliberately neutral, because production floors are not
Production environments are heterogeneous: cameras, PLCs, robots and MES layers rarely come from one supplier, and the ones already installed are usually the ones that have to stay. Our job is to make them operate as one coherent, governed system — without forcing a migration or a rip-and-replace, and without NOVYRON becoming the supplier you cannot remove.
Where this is heading
From demonstrations to dependable operations
Industrial AI has to move from demonstrations to operations that a plant can depend on, and the roadmap follows that line: perception that keeps its promises, decisions that are explainable and auditable, and orchestration an operator can follow, question and override.
